If a Property is listed with an incorrect/obsolete email address it will be removed from the site without notice. If a HTML guide listing returns with an incorrect/obsolete email it will also be deleted without notice.

11.2. Multiple listings of the same Property will result in all listings being deleted.
11.3. Inappropriate listings – Any listing deemed inappropriate or morally questionable by our site administrator will be removed without notice.
11.4. We reserve the right to remove any site member at any time without giving reason.

12. Access to password protected and secure areas
Access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of the Site is restricted to authorised users only. Unauthorised individuals attempting to access these areas of the Site may be subject to prosecution.
