

Q - Can i upload on to the mobile phone platform using my existing management system?
A - Through your management system you simply check the box Mobile Phone Platform. Your inventory automatically creates individual pages for each property. The system then automatically delivers back to you QR Codes in a .jpg format for each property with the accompanying property address.
Q - How are we billed?
A - All customers are added to our direct debit system using www.ezidebit.com.au This is done on the 1st of each month and your monthly fee is debited from your nominated bank account. Full invoicing receipts are delivered to you. There are no fees attached to this service.
Q - What are QR Codes?
A - QR Codes are dynamic barcodes that hold more information than traditional barcodes. This information when scanned reveals
direct live links to mobile phone content.
Q - How does a browser scan the QR Codes?
A - Most current mobile phones have a barcode scanner. They simply open the application on their mobile then scan the QR Code which instantly reveals the code content. In this case it is a direct live link to the property mobile phone web page.
Q - What is the smallest size QR Code image that i can add to my print media?
A - We suggest 20mm x 20 mm.
Q - Can the browser call, sms or email the agent directly from the mobile phone web page?
A - Yes.
Q - What if i have more than one agency location.
A - There is a separate fee for each location.
Q - How many properties can i add?
A - This is up to you. Your monthly subscription allows you to add your entire inventory.
Q - How do i remove properties or make changes?
A - These changes are automatically done when you upload into your subscription portals.
Q - What if i have a virtual home tour of my property. Can this be uploaded?
A - This will be a feature that will be availble toward the end of 2009.
Q - I am an independent real estate agent can i manually upload onto your mobile phone platform?
A - Yes
Q - I do not have the QR Code reader on my mobile phone. Can i download directly onto my mobile phone?
