Property seekers use their mobile phone to take a photo of a properties unique QR Code which is advertised on any print material. Their mobile phone browser will then automatically load the mobile phone website for that property.

QR Codes are codes in the same way as ordinary barcodes are, but their matrix structure can hold more information.
